Terms of Service

Effective from 26 October 2026

These terms apply to every user of the Clinic Partner service (the web-based administration interface at app.clinicpartner.hu, the iPhone app, the clinic websites and related features; together: the Service).

1. The provider

ALTRD Studio Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (ALTRD Studio Kft.), registered office: Budapest, Hungary, company registration number: 01-09-378969, tax number: 28998912-2-42, email: segitseg@clinicpartner.hu (Clinic Partner or we).

2. The Service and the contract

The Service is for dental practices (each a Clinic): a clinic website with online appointment requests, practice administration (patient records, appointments, treatments, treatment plans, medical history, documents), reminders, reports, managing the Google Business Profile, and backing up and archiving the data.

Fees, term, termination and other business terms are set out in a separate agreement with the Clinic; the processing of personal data in the data processing agreement with the Clinic. In case of conflict, the data processing agreement prevails on personal data and the separate agreement on everything else; these terms supplement them.

3. Accounts and access

  • Accounts are created by invitation; the Clinic's administrator decides who gets access, with which role, and whether they may see patient data.
  • Every account is personal: do not share your sign-in details or the device used for two-factor authentication. There are no shared accounts.
  • If you notice unauthorised access or another security problem, tell us at once at segitseg@clinicpartner.hu.
  • The Clinic is responsible for the processing carried out by its staff, agents and devices, in particular for managing accounts and for data downloaded, exported, printed or otherwise taken out of the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service only lawfully, for purposes related to the Clinic's work, and in keeping with medical confidentiality. You must not:

  • access, or try to access, another Clinic's data or data beyond your permissions;
  • circumvent the Service's security, overload it, introduce malicious code, or reverse-engineer it;
  • send or publish through the Service unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes others' rights – including advertising messages without the recipient's prior consent, or untrue replies to Google reviews or replies not written on the Clinic's behalf;
  • email patient data (name, social security number, health data, or a screenshot or document containing them) to support: ask through the Service's messaging and, if needed, refer to the patient by the Clinic's patient number.

Reminders and recall messages sent to patients are based on clinical reasons; they may contain discounts, promotions or offers only with the patient's prior consent for that channel.

5. Data and privacy

Data the Clinic records in the Service belong to the Clinic. The Clinic is the controller of patient data; we process them as a processor, on the Clinic's instructions. Details: Privacy Policy. When the contract ends we hand over the Clinic's data in an open, machine-readable format under the data processing agreement and then delete them.

6. Connected services

The Clinic may connect third-party services to the Service – for example its Google Business Profile or its own AI service (AI connector). Those providers' terms also apply (Google's policies for the Business Profile), and the related data transfer falls under the relationship between the Clinic and that provider. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of those services. Replies to Google reviews are always written or approved by a person; the Service never replies automatically.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous, error-free operation but, unless the separate agreement says otherwise, we do not commit to a specific availability level. We announce planned maintenance in advance where possible. We keep developing the Service; if a change materially and adversely affects a feature the Clinic uses, we notify the Clinic by email in advance.

8. Liability

  • Our liability is governed by the Hungarian Civil Code and, for personal data, by Article 82 GDPR.
  • Our total liability towards the Clinic in connection with the Service is limited to the fees actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally and does not affect data subjects' claims under Article 82 GDPR.
  • We are not liable for damage related to data taken out of the Service by the Clinic or its people (download, export, print, screenshot), unless it results from our breach of obligations.
  • The Service supports the Clinic's work; the Clinic is responsible for professional decisions and for the content of messages sent to patients.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account if it endangers the security of the Service or the data, or if it is used in serious breach of these terms; we notify the Clinic – in advance where possible. Termination of the Service is governed by the separate agreement, the handover and deletion of data by the data processing agreement.

10. Intellectual property

The Service's software, interface and documentation are Clinic Partner's intellectual property; the Clinic and its users may use the Service during the contract under these terms. Content uploaded by the Clinic (texts, images, logo) belongs to the Clinic; we use it only to provide the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page. Clinics are notified by email in advance of material changes.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. We try to settle disputes by negotiation first; failing that, the Central District Court of Pest (Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság) or the Budapest-Capital Regional Court (Fővárosi Törvényszék), depending on jurisdiction, has exclusive competence.

13. Contact
